Boat donation charity could convince people to help

I am interested about boat donation charity being a fellow sailor myself. I was referred to boatangel.org by people who I knew volunteered in their mercy ships. After understanding what this is all about, I was inspired to donate my boat as you see, I was planning to dispose of it but after hearing from a friend about their volunteer work on the mercy ships and their experience in it, I thought about giving up my boat for this charity. Hence this donate a boat program was certainly a better choice instead of selling it for scrap or just letting it rust in dock. I am really hoping doing such a thing can help inspire more people to participate in this cause as I have and now, I would also like to join their cause by volunteering to go with them since I have experience in ships too.

In the process of searching for a good charity site to invest in, I saw this boat donations site and I was a bit surprised as nobody just simply owns a boat or if having one, donate it just like that.. intrigued, I did some research about it leading me a certain site called boatangel.org and I could say that it is struck me as quite a good charity site. If you donate a boat, it will really be used to help other people like any charity does. But in here, they convert those donated boats into something useful and helpful for other needy people and convinced me to a degree that if I owned one, I would also donate my boat for this kind of thing and see what usefulness a simple boat can do for my fellow human beings in this world.

Donate a car is quite hard to understand at first as it is quite hard to think of a reason as to why people would want to donate cars and for what purpose it is. But come 3 months later, my car broke down and I was actually looking to sell it as scrap already when I remembered those car donations that I was pondering about back then, so I looked it up again in car donation charity sites in the net I took a look at carangel.com and read about what their goals for these cars are. It seemed legitimate and somehow., I like their idea of helping out other people through their means and it also convinced me that this is for a better purpose than just selling the car for junk. After donating my car, I actually felt better and I also feel like a changed man in a sense.

I have actually seen one of those boat donation charity and it surprise me that they were actually successful in receiving boat donations as this was a thing I rarely heard about and certainly quite a different one. I read about boatangel.org, which had this type of charity and I realized its real purpose and I could say that was a real good cause they have! In doing such a thing as donate a boat,you are already actually helping save more lives out there in the world who needs them, as an example are places where the ship can bring needed services and food and medicine. That is one thing I failed to understand back then and now that I do, I could also give my full effort and my hand in finding people to donate boats for this purpose too.

GREAT CAR DONATIONS

I have always wondered what it is I could do with that spare car in our garage, still part of the things left by my dear grandfather when he passed away. The car is still in good condition but would need an overhaul and a tune-up once we decide to sell it. We are constrained by budget considerations hence, although we wanted to beautify the old car prior to an intended sale in the previous months, we just decided to forego with it. What if there were no takers? That would have been a waste of money spent for fixing the old car. So I have decided to donate my car to charity. When you donate a car that way you get full IRS tax deduction for the property donated. Car donations are really great.
